No Fix, No Fee
Standard residential troubleshooting visits operate under the No Fix, No Fee guarantee. If I cannot resolve your issue to an agreed-upon standard, you will not be charged for labor.
Separate quotes
Hardware purchases, replacement parts, software licenses, data recovery services, and specialty work are not included in standard service rates and may require a separate quote.
Prices may vary depending on complexity, travel requirements, or scope. All additional costs are discussed and approved before work begins.

How much does residential tech support cost?
Pricing is flat and upfront. A remote support session is $40, a Quick Fix Visit is $60, a Full Service Visit is $90, and a Security Check Add-On is $30 with a residential visit.

What does No Fix, No Fee mean?
No Fix, No Fee applies to standard residential troubleshooting labor. If the issue cannot be resolved to the agreed standard, you do not pay for the labor attempt. Parts, software, data recovery, and specialty work are quoted separately.

Check whether your computer and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network before reinstalling anything.
Scary pop-up on screen?
Do not call the number on the pop-up. Close the browser, disconnect from the internet, and ask before paying anyone.
Locked out or suspicious login?
Change the password from a trusted device, turn on two-step verification, and check recovery email settings.
