Hi, I'm Isaac Jackson

Before I started Jackson Tech Rescue, I spent years in wireless retail setting up phones, fixing account issues, and helping customers make sense of frustrating tech problems. That work taught me the part that matters: people need their devices to work, and they need someone who can explain the fix without talking down to them.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Information Systems from Central Michigan University. I also work as a business and data analyst, where I use technology, data, and process improvement to solve practical problems. I bring that same mix of technical work and customer service to every visit.

What I do

Jackson Tech Rescue helps households and small businesses around Metro Phoenix. At home, I handle computer issues, printer setup and repair, Wi-Fi problems, new devices, email and password help, virus cleanup, scam recovery, software installation, and buying advice.

For small businesses, I handle the technology work that keeps the day moving: workstation setup, user accounts, printer and network troubleshooting, software support, vendor coordination, documentation, and process improvements. I work best with businesses that need reliable help but do not have a dedicated IT department.
