Small Business · On-site & RemoteYour outsourced IT department
Dependable technology support for Phoenix small businesses that don't have a dedicated IT person, but still need computers, email, and Wi-Fi to work. Every business starts with a discovery call. From there, I can do a free technology assessment, quote one project, or build a managed services plan.
The assessment comes after the discovery call, so I know what to look at before I walk the setup.
Day-to-day IT, covered
A dependable local IT partner for the everyday things that keep a small team running. Everything documented, nothing locked in one person's head.
Setup and onboarding
New hire Monday? Their computer and logins are ready before they walk in. I set up machines, accounts, and the right permissions so nobody loses their first week to IT.
Network, Wi-Fi and printers
When the Wi-Fi drops or the printer quits, the whole office stops. I handle the wiring, network, and shared printers so that stops being your problem.
Software and licensing
Nobody should lose an afternoon to an expired license or an update that broke something. I keep the software your business runs on installed, current, and working.
Vendor coordination
I deal with your internet provider and software vendors so you are not the one stuck on hold. You get the answer, not the wait.
Business phones (VoIP)
Customers who cannot reach you do not call back. Business phones, call routing, and voicemail set up so calls land with the right person every time.
Documentation & process
When it all lives in one person's head, you are one sick day from chaos. I document your whole setup and clean up the messy parts, so nothing depends on memory.
Simple 4-step process
From first call to fully managed, with room for one-off project work when that is the better fit.
Discovery call
We talk through your business, your sites, and where technology is slowing the team down.
Free technology assessment
I check the actual setup: workstations, accounts, network, backups, vendors, and security basics.
Plan and pricing
You get plain-language findings, what I would fix first, and pricing before any paid work starts.
Managed services
If ongoing support makes sense, I set up the managed plan and take over the recurring IT work.
Two ways to work together
The discovery call is the starting point. The free technology assessment turns that conversation into written findings before you approve a project or managed plan.
Projects & One-Off IT Work
Use the assessment findings to fix one clear issue, clean up a system, or handle a defined upgrade.
- Email and Microsoft 365 migrations, workstation rollouts, network and Wi-Fi cleanup
- Security cleanup, employee onboarding and offboarding, printer and scanner fleets
Managed Services
Turn the assessment into an ongoing plan for patching, backups, security, user support, and vendor handoffs.
- Your outsourced IT partner for recurring needs
- Practical support for workstations, networks, accounts and vendors
Solo projects are still welcome. The discovery call keeps the first step simple either way.
Pricing and service policy
Hardware purchases, replacement parts, software licenses, data recovery services, third-party services, and specialty work are not included in standard service rates and may require a separate quote.
Approval before work begins
All additional costs are discussed and approved before work begins. Prices may vary depending on complexity, travel requirements, or the scope of work requested.
What a managed relationship looks like
Can we hire you for one project?
Yes. The first step is still a discovery call, then a free technology assessment if it makes sense. From there, you can choose a single project instead of ongoing managed service.
How do you protect our customer data?
I design your network so customer data stays separate from guest Wi-Fi and everyday browsing, keep backups tested with regular restores, and keep security updates current. You get a written summary of what is in place.
How fast do you respond?
Response targets are set in your plan and agreed before work begins, so you know what to expect for routine requests and for urgent issues.
What does a managed relationship cover?
Patching, backups, security, and day-to-day support for your workstations, network, accounts, and vendors, with pricing approved up front.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. We start with a discovery call, then a free technology assessment and written findings. You decide whether to approve a project or managed services.
Not sure what you need?
That's fine. Book a quick call and I will tell you straight.
