Choosing a service

Quick Fix vs. Full Service Visit — which do you need?

Both visits are flat-rate, in-home, and come with the No Fix, No Fee promise. The only real question is how much you'd like to get done in one trip.

The short version

If you have one specific problem, book a Quick Fix Visit. If you have a few things piling up or you are not sure how deep an issue goes, a Full Service Visit gives us the time to handle it all in one go.

Choose a Quick Fix Visit ($60) when...

  • There is one clear issue, like a printer that will not print, a laptop that will not start, or an email login problem.
  • You expect it to be a quick, focused fix of about 30 to 45 minutes on-site.
  • You want the lowest flat price to solve one thing properly.

Choose a Full Service Visit ($90) when...

  • You have a list: a slow computer, Wi-Fi trouble, a printer issue, and some passwords to sort out.
  • You're setting up or migrating to a new device and want everything dialed in.
  • The problem might have a few causes, and you want up to 90 minutes for deeper troubleshooting.
  • You want the best value when there's more than one thing to fix.

Not sure? Start with the Free 15-Minute Phone Consultation. I will recommend the right option honestly, and if a Quick Fix turns out to be all you need, that is all you will pay for.

A couple of helpful extras

  • Security Check Add-On (+$30): antivirus and security review, scam awareness guidance, browser and account safety checks, software update verification, and basic privacy recommendations.
  • The Rescue Plan ($19.99/mo): one free support session per month, unlimited phone and text questions, priority scheduling, and a 10% discount on additional labor services. See the membership page.

Either way, you will always know the price before I start. Standard residential troubleshooting labor is covered by No Fix, No Fee.
