About Jackson Tech RescueBusiness IT support from someone you work with directly
I'm Isaac Jackson, founder of Jackson Tech Rescue. I help Metro Phoenix small businesses keep workstations, accounts, networks, and documentation under control.
I built Jackson Tech Rescue for small businesses that need practical IT help without hiring a full-time department. My work covers the day-to-day technology that keeps an office moving: workstations, user accounts, printers, Wi-Fi, software, vendors, documentation, and security basics.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Information Systems from Central Michigan University. That background helps me look at technology as part of the business, not as a pile of disconnected fixes.
What I do
For small businesses, I handle workstation setup, user account management, printer and network troubleshooting, software support, vendor coordination, documentation, and process improvements. I work best with owners and office managers who want the technology handled before it slows the team down.
I also help residential clients with home computer issues, printer setup, Wi-Fi problems, email and password help, virus cleanup, scam recovery, software installation, and buying advice.
I focus on practical fixes and clean documentation. You should know what I found, what I changed, what still needs attention, and when a replacement or outside service makes more sense than another hour of labor.
You work with me directly. You get clear pricing before work starts, a practical fix, and a local contact who understands how your business uses its technology.
